Knowledge, Attitude, and Use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine among Final-Year Pharmacy and Medical Students in Benghazi, Libya

Abstract Introduction Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is a growing branch of that can improve the quality life many people. This study aimed to assess comparatively knowledge, attitude, use CAM among graduation year pharmacy students at University Benghazi, Libya. Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted Benghazi for 4 months. The tool self-administered online questionnaire consisted four main sections: demographic data, use, attitude toward CAM. Results Most respondents were females, most from city. significantly higher (p-value= 0.001), with ruguia being commonly used modality (52.5%), followed by cupping-Al hijama herbal medicine.
